"Mainalon", a family company based in Tripoli, has been making pasta since 1971 utilizing the latest production methods and techniques. Mainalon’s first priority is to make homemade pasta using the purest ingredients of the Arcadian land such as eggs, milk, semolina and flour. About 3,000 eggs are used daily, thrown in constant doses together with milk and semolina in the kneading machine and after they are kneaded well, a screw presses the dough and sends it to the mold that gives the appropriate for the final product. Mainalon offers a large variety of traditional pasta products such as lasagna, penne, trachana, kritharaki.
